Preserving, maintaining, restoring and expanding critically endangered natural areas for future generations
SEMPER FERRARIS has the following objectives:
The preservation, maintenance, restoration and expansion of critically endangered natural areas for future generations
the advancement of public understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of nature, with respect for the ecological integrity of representative habitats and for the biodiversity of wildlife, this as an essential contribution to human wellbeing
fostering the implementation of forest policies and putting an end to deforestation;
SEMPER FERRARIS primarily pursues the sustainable development of the residential park area “Heikantberg” (Mount Heatherside). Our objectives also apply to the entire ecosystem on the territory of the Rotselaar community (Flanders, Belgium).
To achieve these objectives, we plan to engage in a wide range of activities, such as:
preserving the unimpaired state of and restoring damage to the indigenous wildlife
reforestation under the guidance of experts
challenging the authorities at different levels about the elaboration of the concept “residential park areas” in order to keep the balance between human presence and nature
campaigning to promote the awareness of the unique natural landscapes in the Rotselaar community
learning opportunities through interpretative walks, projects, exhibits and volunteer activities
